That the Ngo, Management and Rural Development Council(MRDC), At/Po- Bangriposi, Dist- Mayurbhanj in the State of Odisha, It’s Regd. No 19937/165 of 1995-96. It have trend to the development strategy of poor & neglected section in the community for their upliftment of agriculture(Irrigation), communication, and then education. As the Govt. Plan & Programmes are need for people those who are living in their daily life at a miserable condition, but it is not successfully achieve for their requirement, in this context NGO/CBO/SHG & local bodies are working as the facilitator as the implementation of programme.

In this regard the NGO Management & Rural Development Council successfully performed the difficult task for achieve the goal in the community as:
• Panchayat level swasthya mela, at village Darkantia under Dighi G.P, Block Bangriposi, Dist- Mayurbhanj, Odisha.
• Awareness programme for rural women for their united & formed their union in grass root level, Rural Awareness Programme(RAP), training Programme to the Rural people in association with Central Board for Worker education (CBWE) Rourkela, Regional Director Office, Under the Minister of labour Govt. of India.
• Organization od rural Sports in Block & District level at Bangriposi.
• Organization of cataract patient operation in association with District Blindness Samity Mayurbhanj, Baripada .
• Organization of Malaria eradication programme in association with CHC Bangriposi & District Malaria Officer Mayurbhanj, Baripada.
• Organization of Rural Agriculture Development Programme in association with AAo Bangriposi, DAO Bangriposi, PD ATMA & Deputy Director of Agriculture Baripada Mayurbhanj the programme like Block demonstration of ARHAR 500 Ht in Bagriposi Block, GROUNDNUT + ARHAR in Bangriposi, Saraskana & Kuliana Block in Mayurbhanj District.
• Bringing Green Revolution in Eastern India (BGREI) Programme 1000 Ht in Bisoi Block under the District of Mayurbhanj was successfully completed by our NGO MRDC in time & it is plays a vital role for Development of farmers in Rural areas.
• Organization of field diagnostic camp (FDC) at Dhabanisole village under Bangriposi Block, Khairbani village in Saraskana Block & at Darkhali village under Kuliana Block in the district of Mayurbhanj. There are so many major works have completed by this institution in this locality for the wellbeing of in habitant people, and it have also looking forwarded to achieve hard work & successfully complete the Govt. Plain & programme for progress of living standard of the down trodden people in their daily life.
• That the organization have numbers of qualified, experienced and dedicated volunteers to serve for the farmers/citizens those who are living in inaccessible and remote areas. It has successfully implemented various welfare projects and programme like Agriculture in time to time.
• Our Society is the state level organization, with its Regd. Office is At/ Po: - Bangriposi, District of Mayurbhanj. As Mayurbhanj District is a big areas and belongs to the Tribal’s and most of the people are poor and maximum are the illiterates community there for MRDC prefer to select to work in this underdeveloped District as a operational areas for the gradually development of their daily life.
