The basic need of every animal, creature and plant which is create or gift by nature is that is :- Food, Sleeping and Excretion(Stool & Urine), that is called as ( "food - aahara", "sleeping- nidra" and "accession - tyaago" ) in this connection agriculture is the main or prime objective for supplying of food grain to animal or human being or to the creature. So agriculture is the prime and basic infrastructure to past, present and feature to supplement of required food to the creature. Till now the agriculture sector is neglected by every Govt. or any Corporate, Persons,and those who are being working for its gradually improvement.
As agriculture is the gift of nature, and it is depend upon in nature then agriculture production is growing its productivities by adoption of farmers which is his owns basic ideas regarding in productivities in time to time . Mayurbhanj district is the under developed and poor of residence of maximum by the tribal communities . Where as the agriculture sector is the full of dependable in Nature and by the rain water. Due to adequate lack of knowledge to the farmers are still now running in very backwards. In this connection it is needing to teach them to aware and learn them to utilization of natural and modern scientific method in cultivation or in agricultural industries. There for the various Govt. non Govt. plan and programme is taking a good place to implementation of method in as assistance in agricultural sector to the farmers. Here we have mention / indicate the achievement in agriculture field which was successfully completed by our society.
First May, is the labour day or workers day, was celebrated by MRDC, Bangriposi Labour from the different sector was attained in this occasion. A rally was organized by MRDC. Drinking water distribution in the rural areas, Bus stop, Chhaka, Hata and other requirement places.
Annual football tournament was organized by Management and Rural Development Council, 20 number’s of football team different rural areas were participate in this tournament.
As we all know that now HIV/AIDs is the largest problem for our nation. It is necessary to create awareness among the common people. Management and rural Development Council observed World AIDs Day on 1st December a cycle rally was organized from the Bangriposi Block to Jamsola, RRDC Baripada, welcome us. Aseminar was organized about AIDs awareness. Cateract patients operations was organized with DBCS Mayurbhanj. Farmer training organized for the farmers to increase the production by using modern technology and instruments.
In the month of March 2012 ,International Women's Day celebration was organised , sponsered by NYK Mayurbhanj, Baripada.16th march National Immunization Day Celebration. Education for all programme in the rural areas was organised. Rural Awareness programme continues with CBWE Rourkela. Cateract Patient Operation continues. Child labour abolish programme was organised in the rural areas by MRDC. Drinking Water supply for rural areas of Hata, School,Bus Stop and other necessary places. Women Development Training programme and involve with NRHM by UNICEF. Seminar conducted in our office premises to give awareness about the NREGA among the PRI member , Volunteers and other related officer.
